First offered to the public in 1987, it pioneered the concept of a research-based, developmentally appropriate early childhood music curriculum that emphasizes and facilitates adult involvement.

Central to the Music Together approach is that young children learn best from the role model of parents and caregivers, who actively participate in making music.

Music learning

supports all learning ™

Enabling families to enhance their lives with the ability to make music

The weekly 45 minute classes are based on the recognition that all children are musical, can learn to sing in tune and keep a beat. The concept focuses on participating in live musical experiences rather than learningfrom passive listening.
