THE FIRST TEACHER

As your childs' first teacher, you play a big part in how well your son or daughter does in all matters of learning.

We encourage you to include music in your everyday life

PARENT’S ROLE

WHAT WE BELIEVE

THE TEACHERS, ADMINISTRATORS AND STAFF AT Squamish Music Together ARE UNITED IN THEIR BELIEF THAT ALL CHILDREN:

  • Learn from their caregivers

  • Love to move and make noise

  • Can succeed in achieving basic music competency

  • Benefit from making music

  • Have their own unique style of learning

The wonderful world of expression starts early. By encouraging our young ones to let their music out, we build their confidence and their ability to cope with stress. Music also builds the cognitive mind and helps develop language skills and self-regulation.

Making music enhances the caring heart, the growing mind and the joy of living.
